Longville, MN (January 19, 2021) - The second stop on the 20/21 SNOCROSS National Series brought us to the Dubuque County Fairgrounds in Dubuque, Iowa. The oval-style race track was rough and unpredictable throughout the weekend, with deep holes and inconsistent lines making the conditions track side a challenge to find rhythm and passing opportunities were slim. However, Team LaVallee's riders, Pallin, Peterson, Bester, and Lieders embraced these added challenges in the rough conditions and earned themselves top finishes in qualifying rounds and spots up on the Podium in Dubuque.

With back-to-back weekends of racing, and coming off of a 4th Place finish in Round 2 in Elk River, MN, Team LaVallee's Pro Rider, Kyle Pallin, was more than determined in Dubuque. Pallin started out the two-day National weekend taking a 2nd and 7th place in his qualifying rounds. Under the lights, Friday night, Pallin had a tough off on the first lap of the Round 3 Pro Final but was able to find rhythm and passed his way up to an exciting 6th place position.

For Day 2, Round 2 of racing, Pallin took a 6th and 4th place finish in his qualifying rounds and was looking for redemption in the Pro Round 4 Final Saturday Night. The track conditions continued to be rough and full of deep holes, finding good rhythm and any opportunity to pass, would be a key component in the final. During the 10 minute + 2 Lap final, and coming from the back row, Pallin rode with much determination and found lines and passing opportunities, which allowed him to transfer up to a podium spot and finished out the weekend in Dubuque on the podium! Pallin earned his first podium of the 2021 season and finished in the awesome 2nd place spot! Congrats Kyle!

After an incredible start to the season with 1st and 2nd place finishes at the Elk River, MN National, Pro Lite Rider, Adam Peterson was ready for Rounds 3 and 4 in Dubuque. Peterson started out the 2 Day National with a bang coming into the Friday Night Round 3 Pro Lite Final as the number 1 qualifier, after winning both of his qualifying rounds. Off of the line in the Pro Lite Round 3 Final, Peterson had a tough start and was charging his way through riders when a rough off caused Peterson to fall back and finish the 16 lap final in the 11th place spot.

On Saturday, for Round 4, Peterson started the day out swinging, with a 1st and 3rd place finish in his qualifying rounds. Lining up next to fellow teammate, Ryley Bester, for the Pro Lite Final, Peterson and Bester had awesome starts off of the line. Peterson rode a smart and consistent 16 lap final and was able to gap out a comfortable lead and hold onto the 2nd place spot when the checkered flags flew Saturday night, in Dubuque.

Peterson is the current leader in the Pro Lite points Championship battle. Congrats Adam!

Pro Lite Rider, Ryley Bester started out the Dubuque National with a great 3rd and 5th place finish in his qualifying rounds, securing a front row spot in the Pro Lite Round 3 Final. Under the lights, Friday night, Bester had a tough tangle with another rider causing him to fall back and end the Round 3 Pro Lite Final in the 13th place spot.

On Saturday, Bester had awesome qualifying rounds with a win and 3rd place finish. Lining up next to fellow teammate, Adam Peterson, Bester and Peterson ripped off of the line of the Pro Lite Round 4 Final. Bester rode a smooth 16-lap final, maintaining and protecting his line, allowing him to finish with an excellent 4th place!

Pro AM Plus 30 rider, Andy Lieders was excited to get back to racing after his 1st place win at the Elk River, MN National.

On Saturday, in Pro AM Plus 30, Lieders had an excellent day of racing with taking a 1st and 2nd his his qualifier rounds and taking the 3rd Place spot in the Pro AM Plus 30 Final.

Lieders is the current points leader in the Pro AM Plus 30 Championship battle. Congrats Andy!

"Wow, what a great weekend of racing! When the track conditions are rough and unpredictable, it separates the riders who are creative and have good line choice from the others. Huge congrats to all of our riders, our crew, and partners for an awesome weekend. We ended the weekend super strong and we are looking to carry that momentum into Deadwood!" - Levi LaVallee
